RECOUNT TEXT

Joko was very busy last week. He wrote some letters for his parents and friends on Monday. On Tuesday he visited Ratu Praditya’s school. He played tennis for two hours there. Ratu is his friend.

In the evening he went to the sport shop. He bought a new tennis racket. Then he played tennis again the whole day on Wednesday.

He stayed home in the evening. He was very tired. Then he spoke to his parents on the phone. On Thursday he watched the football match on television. On the weekend he visited his brother’s badminton club at Jalan Angsana1.

INDONESIAN ART

The earliest Indonesian art marked by cave paintings and the arts of the pre-Hindu period. Then came after various design influences –Hindu Buddhist, Chinese, Islamic, and Western: all of this helped to shape the development of what we now see as traditional art.

However, one must remember that there are more than 300 diverse ethnic groups in the archipelago which have, in their own ways, played a fundamental role in the development of Indonesian traditional and modern art.

My name is Muhamad Rizal Kurniawan please call me Rizal. I am in the second grade. Today my speech is the independence day.

Ladies and gantelmen / honorable juries
Meaning of the independence day is the freedom of the domination when we remember striven our soldier from domination. The soldier used militiant spirit and by sacrifice their life.

Well, ladies and gantelmen / honorable juries
Yesterday was our independence day. In independence there is a special ceremony in our school every 17th august.We are as students have to fill and defend the independence with doing positif and good things.

Ok, that is my speech for today. Thank for the attention.

DESCRIPTIVE

People with a television set can sit in their house and watch the president makes a speech or visits a foreign country. They can see a war being fought, and they can watch government leaders try to bring about peace. Through television, viewers at home can see and learn about people, places, and things in far away lands. Television even takes viewers out of this world as the astronauts explore outer space.
In addition to all these things, television brings its viewers a steady stream of programs that are designed to entertain. In fact, TV provides many more entertainment programs than any other kind of information media. The programs include action-packed dramas, light comedies, soap operas, sports events, cartoons, quizzes, variety shows, and motion pictures.
More than 83 million homes in the United States-or 98 % of all the countrys’ homes-have at least one television set. On the average, a television set is in use in each home for about 6 ¾ hours each day. As a result, television has an important influence on how people spend their time, as well as on what they see and learn. After they arrive from work, they usually watch TV. Then, the importance of television is proven.

Dolphins are sea mammals. They have breathe air or they will die. They are members of the Delphinidae family.
Dolphins have smooth skin. Only baby dolphins are brown with a few bristly hairs on their snouts. Their hairs soon fall out. They have big tail and the fin on the top of their backs keep the dolphin from rolling over. The female dolphins have a thick layer of fat are call flippers. They use them to turn left and right. Dolphins grow from 2 to 3 meters long and weight up to 75 kilograms.
Dolphins hunt together in a group. A group of dolphins is called a pod. They eat fish, shrimps and small squids. They live in salt wate oceans. Dolphins can hold their breathe for six minutes.
When dolphins fear or see a ship close by, they go near and follow it from distance. Dolphins can leap out of the water and do somersaults. Sometimes they invent their own tricks and stunt after watching other dolphins perform.
Dolphins are very friendly to people and have never harmed anyone. They are very playful animals.
